Cancellation Policy
Anyone who has booked and paid for a TrueRapport singles event has the right to cancel their booking by sending an email to support@truerapport.com requesting a booking cancellation, subject to the terms outlined below.
Our cancellation policy is dependent on the time of cancellation before the event as follows:

We will refund fees paid in
accordance with the notice period terms stated above. If the cancellation
request is made after the cut off date for the Registration profile of the event
(usually 1 week before the date of the event), no refund will be available.
We will make every effort to
hold events at the dates, times and locations specified on our web site,
however, we reserve the right to cancel and/or change event dates, times and locations. In the very unlikely event that circumstances
dictate that an event is cancelled or postponed, any fees paid for the event will be refunded in full.

TrueRapport takes no responsibility for validating the personal status or sanity of any person who participates in our services. It is the responsibility of each person who engages in our services to satisfy themselves of the personal standing of other members they may meet through TrueRapport.
We do not independently screen or validate participants attending our events and we will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of meeting or communicating with anyone met at a TrueRapport event.

TrueRapport respects and understands the importance of your privacy and will never sell or share your details with any unrelated third parties. All information you provide to us when registering with us will be used by TrueRapport solely for registering you on our events, database and mailing list.
Your contact details will not be shared with other participants of our events without your express permission to do so. By registering on our event, we will share your first name only with other participants of our events.
We may use your email address to contact you about upcoming events and announcements that we believe may be of interest to you. At any time, you may opt out of receiving such communications by sending an email to support@truerapport.com requesting to be unsubscribed from our mailing list.
